Our multidisciplinary team of experts offers counselling and therapy in a confidential and encouraging space that allows you to discuss and talk through situations and personal issues. Therapy sessions are held in a warm and non-judgmental space which encourages clients to reflect on their life challenges and bring awareness to their mind, emotion, spirit and function. The goal is to focus on maximizing function and encourage client to be their ultimate vibrant and productive self.
Through a diverse range of psychotherapy and rehabilitation methods such as CBT, DBT, behavioral therapy and motivational interview, our expert team utilizes a holistic and client centered approach to address mental health issues and functional challenges including but not limited to our services.
I am a Licensed Occupational Therapist in the province of Ontario and State of California. I am a trained DBT and CBT therapist and have been working in the field of behavioral modification and mindfulness counselling for the past 8 years.
I have always been fascinated with human brain and behavior and believe there is no limit to human’s personal and psychological growth and achievement.
I have more than 12 years of experiences working as a therapist with adult and older adult clients with an array of personality and mood complications as well as mental health issues. I am a true believer of utilizing sense of humors, motivational interview, empathic and solution focused approach in my practice. My Core beliefs are:

Psychosocial rehabilitation (PSR) promotes mindful personal growth and recovery. IT aims to improve quality of life through career, personal, relationship and social coaching. Psychosocial rehabilitation embraces client centred, self-directed and collaborative methods. This approach focuses on helping clients develop skills and access resources needed to increase their capacity and motivation to be successful and satisfied in the living, working, learning and social environments of their choice. Psychosocial rehabilitation and counselling approaches are strongly supported by research as effective with long lasting effects.
My primary goal is to accompany my clients in achieving the best version of themselves through feeling empowered, confident, skilled, supported and accomplished.
